All orders placed with Hannah Muqeet are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preferences, or any other personal preference.

Exchange for Defective Products

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to verification and approval by our team.

To request an exchange:

* Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Share your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the defect.
* The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the reported defect has been reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes

* Minor variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
* Differences in handmade embroidery, embellishments, or craftsmanship may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
* Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or used will not qualify for an exchange.
* Exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval by Hannah Muqeet.
